Important: All foreign documents must be notarized before upload. You will also fill a FIRS Self-Certification Form to prevent double taxation.
2.2 How long does KYC approval take?
24 hours, except weekends.
If rejected, check your email for the reason. (Ensure you provided the correct email address.)
2.3 I am unable to invest because my KYC shows "Not Completed" on the Mobile App.
Ensure you have filled all required KYC fields and uploaded your documents — it will be approved within 24 hours.
If rejected, check your email for the rejection reason and re-upload the corrected documents.
2.4 Can I link my minor's account to mine on the Mobile App?
This feature is not yet available but will be added in a future update.
3.1 Is there a limit on investment and redemption via the app?
Yes. The maximum transaction via the app is ₦5,000,000.
For higher Subscription amounts, transfer to:

Use your Client ID as the transaction description, along with your name.
For higher Redemption amounts, send a mail to service@quantumzenithasset.com.ng to request the redemption form.
3.2 How can I invest or redeem on the app?
Simply click the Invest or Redeem button on the app and follow the on-screen instructions.
3.3 Can I get my investment statement on the app?
Yes. Go to Dashboard → History → Select Investment → View History → Email Statement.

Go to Profile and update the relevant category.

Subscription & Redemption Cut-Off Time: 12:00 PM daily (working days only).

Redemption — Other Funds (Zenith Balanced Strategy Fund, Zenith Income Fund, Zenith ESG Impact Fund): 3–5 business days.

5.1 I just subscribed for the first time and still haven't seen my balance.

This happens when you input a wrong password 3 times. You can:

Yes, interest accrues daily. Rates change daily.
Interest does not show on weekends or public holidays until the next business day.
Interest is credited quarterly. When completing your initial investment form, you can select whether you would like your quarterly interest to be reinvested into the fund or paid out to your bank account.
6.2 How do I know the fund yield or offer price?
Click Fund Info on your dashboard to view yields and full fund details.
6.3 Can a third party send funds on my behalf?
No. Third-party transactions are not allowed.
However, if a third-party payment occurs, request a Third-Party Form by emailing: service@quantumzenithasset.com.ng
6.4 What is the Minimum 30-Day Holding Rule?
New users must hold funds for a minimum of 30 days before liquidation.
Early liquidation attracts a 10% penalty on accrued interest.
